All products offered on CS VICTORY — including individual mock tests, topic-wise practice packs, previous-year question sets, and test series — are digital content that is granted immediately upon verified payment.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

We process full or partial refunds under the following specific circumstances:

• Duplicate Transaction: You were charged twice for the same test series due to a network lag or payment gateway glitch.
• Failed Entitlement: Your payment was successfully deducted and captured by our payment gateway, but the platform failed to grant access to the purchased test series, and our support team could not resolve the access issue within 48 hours.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds cannot be issued if the user has already initiated test attempts, or changes their mind after purchasing a valid, functioning test series. Free preview tests are available so candidates can evaluate the question format and engine prior to purchasing paid packs.

4. Requesting a Refund

To submit a refund request, contact our support team at support@csvictory.com with your registered email address, transaction reference ID, and order details. Verified claims are credited back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
